A villa built around outdoor living
Wide picture windows, a series of connecting terraces and panoramic views over the sea and the pool. Set in roughly 2,400 m² of landscaped grounds, the villa is designed for life outdoors: a large terrace with an extendable dining table, a summer kitchen with a plancha grill, garden furniture, sun loungers, a pétanque court and a table tennis table.
A living space open to the sea
The air-conditioned living room is filled with light through its wide picture windows, looks out over the sea and opens directly onto the terraces. Next to it, the main kitchen, also air-conditioned, has full sea views through two large picture windows that bring in light and open the room to the outside. It is fully equipped with an American-style fridge freezer, two dishwashers, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a Nespresso machine, a wine cooler and an ice maker. A large central island with a breakfast bar completes the space, while the extendable dining table seats up to 14.
Six air-conditioned rooms, spread over two levels
On the main floor, two master bedrooms enjoy superb views over the sea and the pool, each with its own en-suite bathroom. On the pool level, three bedrooms with queen-size beds, two of which also open onto the pool and the sea. This floor has three bathrooms, a kitchenette and a relaxation area with a sofa, television, Sonos system and PlayStation. It also houses a family bunk room, particularly well suited to children, with a bunk bed sleeping three plus two single beds, a practical arrangement for holidays with family or friends.
The pool, the heart of the villa
The infinity pool is heated from 1 May to 15 October, with off-season heating available for a supplement that varies by period. Several spaces around the pool invite you to unwind: sun loungers, garden furniture and a summer kitchen with a plancha grill. The pool is also fitted with an alarm system.

We're Wilfried and Héloïse, parents to three boys and based in Rouen. Keen travellers, we have a particular fondness for the Saint-Tropez area, where we love spending time as a family.
As hosts, we care a great deal about the quality of the welcome and the comfort of our guests. We do everything we can to make each stay pleasant, straightforward and free of worry, in a well-kept and welcoming setting.
On arrival, Barbara, our on-site concierge, will greet you personally and remain available throughout your stay. To keep the grounds in good condition, a gardener visits regularly to maintain the garden, and a pool technician looks after the pool.
